Arrival
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. This allows you to change for your service relax and our technicians to take you on time for your service. Arriving late may result in a shortened appointment time and cause delays for others. Should you arrive late for your service the full service fee will be charged.

When scheduling your treatment, you may request a male or female therapist if you have a preference. All of our therapists, no matter their gender, are true professionals and provide treatments that we feel confident you will enjoy.
We understand that life is busy and that things happen, however we ask that 24 hours notice is given for single appointment and 48 hour notice for multiple appointment cancellations. Appointment reservation requires a credit card on file, and cancellations with less than 24 or 48 hours notice will result in a full charge of treatment. We appreciate you as our guest and hope that you understand that this policy is designed to provide partial compensation for our highly skilled technicians. We wish to keep great employees at Shapes Salon and Day spa and this policy helps us do so.
General Information
Lockers are provided for personal belongings. We regret however that we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged belongings.
In order to provide a relaxing experience for all of our guests, we ask that you turn off all pagers and cell phones. Persons not receiving spa treatments are to remain in the retail boutique area. Children should not be left unattended.
Tipping
We are unable to add tips to credit card payments. We ask that tips are provided to our technicians as cash or personal check.
Product Return Policy
We want you to be happy with all of your purchases from Shapes Salon and Day spa and offer a broad range of home care products for you to try. If your purchase does not meet your full level of expectation please return within 14 days of purchase to receive a full refund for the purchase price which will be issued as a Salon/Spa credit.
